Now I have found a working edition of GTA 3 on Y
Let's get down to business. First of all the links
GTA 3 Apk
GTA 3 Data (without background music)
Steps to Install:
1) Download the apk file and the data files
2) Extract the data files and copy them to SD card/Android/data/here
3) Install the apk file
4) Launch the game and accept the EULA license
5) The game says that it must download files but DON’T select “ok” … press the BACK BUTTON on your phone … that message will dissappear and than press the HOME BUTTON of your phone
6) Open notifications panel (slide down) and you’ll see “GTA3 is running” … click on it and play !
For maximum performance use Chainfire.
NOTE: If the game crashes after first load then restart the game and when it starts open homescreen and then select GTA 3 from statusbar.
